Dear Dennis, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the way you handled our pool table takedown and reassembly. Our basement flood last year necessitated moving everything out of the way so we could have a complete renovation. Your crew took down our table in short order. We had hoped it would only be a few weeks until everything was back in our basement. We now know that reconstruction takes all the time you think it will plus several weeks extra. Yesterday your crew of John and Elvis was here to reassemble the table with new cloth and rails. Since it was a custom built table, there were some issues to be addressed and they met the challenge. I used the table last night and found everything to be in great shape. We bought this table from your family years ago and were impressed with their professionalism then. Working with you the last few months continues the family qualities and has been as good as it gets. Your professionalism and fairness and courtesy to us have been simply outstanding. Your crews, too, have been equally as professional and patient in dealing with a table that isn’t standard factory issue. I just wanted to thank you for all your help in selecting, and assembling our pool table. We wrapped it in Christmas paper (in October) and surprised our four kids with an early Christmas present. They were totally speechless. It was worth every penny! The table looks fantastic in our basement and is a great addition to our game room. Dennis, Thanks again for your assistance this past week. I can’t adequately describe the frustration I’ve experienced this past month trying to find someone willing to take a look at an old Brunswick pool hall table that was left behind by the previous owners of our newly acquired house. The table was in good working order, but was pretty beat up and needed a new felt. For reasons unbeknownst to me, nobody returned my calls / e-mails or seemed interested in this project… until I contacted you through your website. You contacted me immediately and through the use of digital photos, you recommended the replacement of the felt and reserved your judgment of the other repairs until the extent of the damage and the value of the table could be determined. You had several 9-foot felts in my desired color already in stock and were able to schedule an appointment within the week. Your service employees were very knowledgeable about vintage tables and did not have any difficulties replacing the felt on the bed and the cushions; plus, there was no attempt on their part to up-sell or pressure me to fix other aspects of the table.
